A few days ago I told you that I started my way to find the possible airdrop that everyone is talking about nowadays, the zkSync one. I know I started late, or maybe not so late and I still have time left. I also know that in the stats you'll see below, I haven't used much capital to farm, but something is better than nothing.
Since the Arbitrum airdrop came out, there has been a huge wave of trying to farm airdrops and even more if it's the zkSync one. Will there be money for everyone? These airdrops when launched, if they do well, generate an excellent amount of money to those who have spent months testing their protocols. So the goal is this: The more you interact with the protocol, the more chances you have to get a good profit when the possible airdrop is launched. I have friends who made a lot of money with the Arbitrum airdrop.
Let's go into a bit more detail:
What are the improvements of Layer 2 solutions in Ethereum?
They improve the scalability of the network.
They bring a higher degree of decentralization, transparency and security.
They reduce the cost of transactions and the energy required to carry them out.
This is super cool in all aspects. Just to give the example of paying for gas in ETH, it is a headache to have to pay a $10 usd transaction fee. Maybe those who have thousands of usd don't mind paying it, but mortals like us who don't move that much capital, it hurts.
So: What is zkSync?
zkSync is a Layer 2 protocol based on zk-Rollup technology that offers scalable and affordable payments on Ethereum. It is a resource that ensures an optimal level of security while optimizing scalability, transparency and other network elements.
Are we going to farm?
Of course, for about 2 weeks now I am doing my best to interact more and more.
Transferring funds to zkSync
The first thing you need to do is to transfer some capital to zkSync ERA. This is a personal matter, depending on your capital and your availability. In my case, I have passed a little, not a lot, although I intend to increase it over time.
For this I use several bridges that are currently available.
The first bridge I recommend you to use is the official zkSync bridge. It is the official one and the most secure. Also, it may be used as a requirement to be chosen for possible airdrop, who knows.
The only bad thing is that as you can see the fee they would charge you is more than $7 USD. If you do not want to pay so much, I recommend you to be aware of the fees in the ETH network, sometimes they go down a lot and you could make your bridge to zkSync paying very little.
Another bridge that I liked and that is one of the cheapest, is Orbiter.
Here the fee is only 0.0021 ETH, which at the time of taking this picture the ETH cost about $1909 USD, which means paying a fee of $4 USD. That's almost half of what we would pay using the official one.
We already passed our capital to zkSync, now what?
The most important thing now is to interact as many times as possible with the protocol. In my case I have made many swaps from ETH to USDC and another currency of my choice at the time. Then I return everything to ETH and start again. I take advantage of here that the fee is very low and also after the transaction is done they return a good % of that fee. This is great, so I hardly worry about the fee, although it is something to keep in mind in the long term, because obviously it will drain your account at some point if you don't pay enough attention to it.
In these cases the question is to stay constant, make swaps every so often and weekly. Staying active is the key.
Also in the NFTs Element market. It is a good option to get some NFTs at a very low price.
I acquired some NFTs there and already listed them at astronomical prices.
Maybe someone will buy them at some point, I don't lose hope, who would pay 10 ETH for a photo? Many users do, with the sole purpose of selling it more expensive in the future. I bought them at $1 USD, imagine someone paying more than $1000 USD for them, it would be crazy.
This page shows you the amount of interactions you have made, the amount of capital handled and the fee spent. It also shows you the protocols with which you have interacted. It's great for keeping active and keeping track of everything you do on zkSync.
Final opinion
I think this is an excellent opportunity and we should not waste it. Imagine that finally everything goes well with zkSync and that the airdrop is a success. At that point you will regret if you never did anything to get some tokens. I'm not going to let this opportunity pass me by like I did with the Arbitrum one. Besides, I'm enjoying interacting with the protocol, so all the better. Cheer up and get started too.

Desde hace unos días les comenté que comencé mi camino farmeando el posible airdrop del que todos hablan en la actualidad, el de zkSync. Sé que empecé tarde, o quizás no tan tarde y aun me queda tiempo. También sé que en las estadísticas que verán a continuación, no he usado mucho capital para farmear, pero algo es mejor que nada.
Desde que salió el airdrop de Arbitrum, se ha despertado una ola enorme de tratar de farmear airdrops y más aún si es el de zkSync. ¿Habrá dinero para todos? Estos airdrops cuando son lanzados, si lo hacen bien, generan una cantidad de dinero excelente a quienes por meses se dedicaron a probar sus protocolos. Entonces el objetivo es ese: Mientras más interactúes con el protocolo, más oportunidades tendrás de obtener una buena ganancia cuando el posible airdrop sea lanzado. Tengo amigos que hicieron muchísimo dinero con el airdrop de Arbitrum.
Vamos a entrar un poco en detalles:
¿Qué mejoras presentan las soluciones de Capa 2 en Ethereum?
Mejoran la escalabilidad de la red.
Aportan un mayor grado de descentralización, transparencia y seguridad.
Reducen el costo de las transacciones y la energía requerida para llevarlas a cabo.
Esto es súper genial en todos los aspectos. Por solo poner el ejemplo de pagar el gas en ETH, es un dolor de cabeza tener que pagar $10 usd de fee para una transacción. Quizás quien tiene miles de usd no le molesta pagarlo, pero los mortales como nosotros que no movemos tanto capital, si nos duele.
Entonces: ¿Qué es zkSync?
zkSync es un protocolo de Capa 2 basado en la tecnología zk-Rollup que ofrece pagos escalables y asequibles en Ethereum. Se trata de un recurso que garantiza un nivel óptimo de seguridad al mismo tiempo que optimiza la escalabilidad, la transparencia y otros elementos de la red.
¿Vamos a farmear?
Por supuesto, desde hace unas 2 semanas estoy haciendo todo lo posible por interactuar cada vez más.
Pasar fondos a zkSync
Lo primero que necesitas es pasar algo de capital hacia zkSync ERA. Aquí es cuestión personal de cada cual, según su capital y su disponibilidad. En mi caso pase un poco, no mucho, aunque pretendo incrementarlo con el tiempo.
Para esto se utilizan diversos bridges que están actualmente disponibles.
El primer Bridge que te recomiendo usar es el oficial de zkSync. Es el oficial y el más seguro. Además, es posible que se use como un requerimiento para ser elegido para el posible airdrop, quien sabe.
Lo único malo es que como pueden ver el fee que te cobrarían es de más de $7 USD. Si no quieres pagar tanto, te recomiendo estar atento a los fee en la red de ETH, en ocasiones bajan mucho y podrías hacer tu bridge hacia zkSync pagando muy poco.
Otro bridge que me gusto y que es uno de los mas baratos, es Orbiter.

Ya pasamos nuestro capital a zkSync, ¿ahora qué?
Pues lo más importante ahora es interactuar tantas veces sea posible con el protocolo. En mi caso he hecho muchos swaps desde ETH hacia USDC y otra moneda que elija en ese momento. Después regreso todo a ETH y comienzo de nuevo. Aprovecho de aquí que el fee es muy bajo y que además después que se hace la transacción devuelven un buen % de ese fee. Esto es genial, así que apenas me preocupo por el fee, aunque es algo a tener en cuenta a largo plazo, porque obviamente te va a drenar la cuenta en algún momento si no le prestas la atención requerida.
En estos casos la cuestión es mantenerse constante, hacer swaps cada cierto tiempo y semanalmente. Mantenerte activo es la llave.
También en el mercado de NFTs Element. Es una buena opción para hacerte con algunos NFTs a un precio muy bajo.
Yo adquirí algunos NFTs allí y ya los listé a precios astronómicos. Quizás alguien los compre en algún momento, no pierdo las esperanzas. ¿Quién pagaría 10 ETH por una foto? Muchos usuarios lo hacen, con el único objetivo de venderlo más caro en un futuro. Yo los compre en $1 USD, imagina que alguien pague más de $1000 USD por ellos, sería una locura.
En esta página te muestra la cantidad de interacciones que has realizado, el volumen de capital manejado y el fee gastado. Te muestra además los protocolos con los cuales has interactuado. Es excelente para poder mantenerte activo y llevar un registro de todo lo que haces en zkSync.
Opinión final
Creo que es una oportunidad excelente y que no debemos desperdiciarla. Imagina que finalmente todo salga bien el zkSync y que el airdrop sea un éxito. En ese momento te lamentaras si nunca hiciste nada para obtener algunos tokens. No voy a dejar pasar esta oportunidad como lo hice con el de Arbitrum. Además, me esta gustando interactuar con el protocolo, así que muchísimo mejor.
