For pure returns, staking to Leo PoWer and compounding curation is king, then keep threading daily to snag engagement rewards, since your building a track record here :) I also like a small LP position if fees are low, but consistency with votes and posts usually beats chasing APR.
Are you sure. I believe even LEO itself is much better as it has the potential to cross multiple X easily which you can't be earned my SURGE. If you want stable earn you can go for SURGE but if you want something huge you need to go for LSTR and LEO. I know there is risk but without risk your can go for something big..
I believe in the Leoverse but it is still all speculation. I have a somewhat strict policy of only buying assets that pay a dividend of sorts... I'm looking for income.

You can still do curation on your own or delegate to Lstr voter. I don't want to bother myself about that for now.
