yeah that happened to me a few months ago. i pay with HBD now, seems to be automatic. but with LEO someone needs to ninja kick it and manually upgrade you :(
Based on my observation, it delays when we pay via $LEO. I am not sure, but I just feel it like that, as I also encountered the same issue earlier. You may bring up the topic on the Discord server. Last time I did it, and after that, the issue was solved. You may give it a try.
