That's quite scary especially as Australia has good minimum wage compared to the rest of the world. Unfortunately, a lot of people subscribe to the idea that we don't need high density living, that it's all about large houses with big back yards in Aus. That makes it super expensive especially when demand for housing has outstripped supply.
Anyway, that is off topic. Life seems to have a way of rewarding those who take opportunities that come their way and that is exactly what I intend to do.
