・間伐や路網開設などの森林整備
・森林整備を促進するための人材育成・担い手の確保
・森林整備を支えるための木材利用の取り組みや普及啓発
とあり、至極真っ当にも聞こえるし、わからんでもない。
先日高知のとある会社の社長と話をしたが、林業を営んでいる会社はさまざまな業界の制約や市区町村のルールがあり、ビジネスをスケールしづらいことは聞いた。この税金も利用できるかもしれない。
世界的にも温室効果ガスを減らすための取り組みが必要という認識も持っている。京都議定書の時からチームマイナス6％などの取り組みも知っていたから非常にわかる。
ただ過去の手段ありきで引き続き続きけてしまうのはどうなのだろうか！？と思った次第でした。
とそんなことを思っていたのですが、世界にはどんな面白い税金があるのかな？とかも同時に気になり世界中の方々にどんな気持ちで払っているのか教えて欲しいと思った今日この頃でした。
