You know one thing is to build trust and another thing is to maintain it, Blackberry and Nokia were topping in the minds of their consumers but they failed to invest and maintain that position by upgrading their products. I keep saying that, whoever that owns apple products is a guru in business. He sure knows the way to be at the top and maintain that position.
