Good day to all Fellow Hivers!
As a re-introduction, @jacor here, and I have been on the platform since May 2016! I was very active in the old community, but then life happened, and I haven't been on any platform for the past three years.
I was amazed and very surprised when I returned to the Hive platform for the first time in many years to find such a vibrant and active community. It is an amazing achievement, and well done to all involved.
When I scroll through all the proposals, available dApps, and different communities, I am sitting here amazed at the progress made and the hard work put in to make this a successful platform.
Two proposals I have already voted on:
@smooth, I can see the HBD Stabilizer project is working well, and it must take a lot of time and hard work to maintain this project. Well done, and thank you for all the hard work. .
It is also great to see the old names on the witness list as well. As soon as I have built some HP, I will be actively voting for the various proposals and witnesses. I really miss the platform, and hopefully, I can build myself up over time and add value to the community as I always did.@vsc.network, I am very interested in learning more about the Smart Contracts you are building on the network. I thoroughly believe that Smart Contracts are the future of Web 3.0, and there is a huge opportunity if this is implemented well. Please reach out or provide more information on where I can read up on the details of the project.
I am actually lost for words. Congratulations to all involved in making this platform a success. I have written a couple of posts over the past two days, just to get back into the habit while I am familiarizing myself with the new way of doing things. Any of the old friends that is still around and on the platform please reach out and say hi in the comments section.
I would also appreciate any tips on the new features and functionalities on the platform.
Happy Hiving!

Hello my friend!
Hope you're well!
I noticed that you are a new user, or rather... a new user for the second time!
I would like to offer you the opportunity to join the FreeCompliments community, the most welcoming community on Hive. There is certainly a place for your posts!
The FreeCompliments community maintains the following programs:
A tip, in case you didn't know, is that the Leofinance community has changed to InLeo and no longer supports or generates tokens when your post is made through another front-end other than inleo.io itself.
Find us through the links on your current frontend:
InLeo | Ecency | Peakd
Hi @crazyphantombr, Thank you for the comment and a this is probably the best tip that anyone gave me since I came back onto the platform. I will most definitely use your advice and will do my future posts in the FreeCompliments community as you suggested. It is great to be back on the platform.
Thanks a lot
Monthly Engagement Posts in the FreeCompliments community.@crazyphantombr, I just had a look at the
It seems very interesting but that also triggered a few questions. There is mention of HSBI, Ecency points, and DVS! Can you please give me a short explanation of what these are?
Certainly, you will tempt!
HSBI: an HSBI unit guarantees that you receive a vote forever, as long as Hive lasts. She carries a fraction of value per day. The more HSBI you have, the faster the value will be uploaded. This is how you accumulate a postage, then you receive the accumulated vote.
Ecency points: you can use these points when using the ecency.com interface and can promote posts, forcing users to view the promoted content; And now you can also use these points to place HP for a while, increasing your voting power and your return via curatorship.
DVS: the project was replaced and was no longer used since the previous month. Other projects will be implemented.
These are the rewards given for the best posts, there are additional prizes, plus two votes. Once again, there is a publication consolidating all the awards. First you enter the community, then you post about any issue in the community (we have theme days to guide your creativity); If your content is good, it will receive votes and weekly awards (at the discretion of the curator) and will still compete in the next post, or other titles as well.
