So what then is consistency ?
Consistency is rather an easy word to understand, seeing we encounter it a lot but just for the sake of remembrance;
"Consistency can be defined as the repetition of an action, which in turn causes growth in any field it was applied in."

I do know that struck a remembrance, if you didn't already remember, some of you guys are already getting the scope on it works, the truth is we all do, so it will be a waste just writing the meaning and encouraging you to be consistent without tips on how to be, which leads us the the next stage.
How to be consistent
To be consistent isn't really a big deal once the expected reward is always achieved, it becomes a problem when it doesn't happen, people tends to give up because they forgot consistency is what brings growth, some create plans and end up not following it, whatever category you may be the following point will be useful to you
Be patient and don't be greedy:
You can't be consistent without being patient, if you aren't patient with the little you are getting, you will never get the desire reward. This law of greed has been in one of my post, [Here].
Prepare a plan :
You need a plan to follow, I also want to use this medium to applaud those that already reached this stage, it is a sign of growth. You have to make your move obvious to you by writing the steps you need to get that big reward your looking for.
Track your plan :
It's here most of you don't reach, you have to track your plan to keep you motivated and recognize the little reward you have gotten by just doing it for that period before getting the desired reward. Example; mark your calendar each day you do the work to be done, record each new reward being added and every morning when you see it, you will have a rough time quitting, although at first it wouldn't be a straight attendence just keep pushing for a straight attendence, and that makes your goal more easier to achieve.
Get books and tapes on your area of improvement :
Get books related to the work to be done, they help keep the motivation high and increase your dopamine level when you start the action.
