I’m embarrassed to say I’ve never onboarded anyone. People look at me cross-eyed like I’m selling snake oil. And then they proceed to tell me how much it’s like a Ponzi scheme. Add to those hurdles the fact that I still have areas where my own comprehension isn’t great — which makes me insecure about explaining it, and there are just too many hurdles. So I agree with you that it needs to be much simpler to get started and easier to explain.
