I did a transaction with my card online. I was debited and the receiver was not credited. The amount was NGN19,500. Up till now after 2 years, it remained unresolved. Ofcourse, I gave up going to the bank to fill error dispense form more than 10 times. I had to close the account.

Still unresolved? That's theft on the part of the bank. But, the electronic transactions are not done through direct banking, they have intermediaries, so the money might be hanging not in the bank but with the intermediary.
They confirmed the money is with them. But till today, they stole that money and I never deposited in that account.

Oh the frustration that comes with banks is bad. There was a period I had a debit from my account and I had no idea what it was for cause it was huge. I decided to visit the bank early to sort it out, I spent the whole day there.
this one is something almost every Nigerian who has a bank account has experienced at least once or twice!
They do it so effortlessly, they be like come on let us stress you today. “Get ready with me to go spend my whole day at the bank”
