What's the solution? I do not know. This is basically humanity's number one scaling problem that we've been trying to solve for thousands of years.
What if it gets solved on its own through crypto? What if philosopher kings generate enough wealth to start mimicking the same rev-sharing models from crypto in the real world by creating businesses that somehow reward everyone fairly and based on their contribution?
I have no idea how this would look like but I do see a world where the quiet part of humanity starts inventing new ways to help boost equality by "fixing" capitalism and democracy the same way crypto is trying to fix money. Maybe the change needs to take place locally first and then expand outwards, opposite to what we have been doing this whole time.
I highly doubt they will go down the entrepreneurial path to grind for even more money.
