I honestly didn't know that so many people set their goals in fixed numbers of HP or whatever. How do you achieve 10k LEO by end of 2022 if Leo goes to $3 and your posts start getting 3-4 Leo as rewards?
I was actually aiming for activity-related goals all this time and even though I can't spend as much time here as I would like to, these goals moved me to the Top 10 most active users on Leo.
Anyone up for 730 blog posts in 2022? 500 videos? 7,000 comments?
If everything keeps going as planned I may even raise the stakes on this one, minus the videos.

I agree with you that rather than focusing on the fixed # of HP to earn it's better to focus on your activity related goals. You have less control over the actual payout of the post as opposed to motivating yourself to complete the action of creating a quality post, physically making a specific # of comments etc. Although doing these activities consistently would in most cases lead to higher payouts, getting more followers etc. On a platform like this, the extra rewards would come organically over time. The last couple of weeks I've been making the top 20 most active on the LeoFinance engagement list but I was not really even trying to achieve that status. I've just been enjoying my time here and trying to find like minded people and engage on there posts. I hope you attain your goals this upcoming 2022 !

Completely agree. I don't wanna force things just because I set a goal for myself but I also don't want to slack when there is no need to. Keeping it at a healthy balance which is also fun is the right way to go for me.

5 months in and I still didn't explore all of the earning potentials on Hive. That's how many opportunities there are and people still find an excuse to spend time elsewhere.
