What I do not get is why there are not hundreds of multi-account spamming this.
They are airdropping 500k tokens out of 6 billion (maybe less) if I am not mistaken. Gamifying the airdrop would probably cost more than the value you will extract in the long run.
My advice is to collect it only when you are actually doing a trade or adding liquidity on Pancake. Don't spend excess BNB if you don't have to because this drop will probably be worth a couple of dollars at best when it launches.

It seems I did everything to get it yesterday but it says I am unelegible. Let's say I pool SPS-BNB and stake them in the CubDeFi Kingdom (which is supposed to be staked them on Pancakeswap). Or should I add/remove LP directly on PCS.
I will try both I guess hehe

The distribution is 24 hours late and sometimes it doesn't make sense even for me. Check the dashboard every now and then.
To get those LP tokens you need to provide liquidity on Pancake so you already performed one action (add/remove liquidity). That should be enough to make you eligible.
