Well I do think the proposal by ecoinstant for the diesel pool was a good idea and I gave it my vote. Would something like $10k HBD being transferred in cause a slow transaction or frozen until safe? I think I recall seeing a warning label saying how large enough transactions would be frozen until its safe or whatever.
