That's something I was curious about...If I vote at 1 minute after a comment is posted, so you get the 50% back in LEO, or is there some strange rewards curve on the layer 2?
I think LEO is linear in rewards but some of the other tribes aren't linear. It's the old curve of whoever votes first gets more.
