RE: Splinterlands: Creating High Standards For Other Hive P2E Games?

in LeoFinancelast year

I don't think Splinterlands has pushed that high of a standard. Afterall, it's built by a large team and the updates themselves are fairly slow. The investors do push for a product to be available soon but that is nothing new. From what I see, I think PsyberX just promised too much and that will cause them to take a long while to actually release. I guess there could be a beta but I don't think it will be live for a while. In a way, rushing the release and getting a bad first impression is one of the worst things they could do.

I think it's entirely 50/50 because people wanted to adopt PsyberX so early that they feel it was going to instantaneously be another splinterland in the making. And I think PsyberX rode on this advantage to sell so much of their assets with people banging on their doors to deliver.
