I prefer HBD and I don't really think I heard of RAI. Of course, no algorithmic stablecoin has really succeeded so far but I do think HBD has enough safeguards.

I prefer hbd as well. RAI is one I've followed for a long time, and I love that it doesn't have a specific dollar peg. That makes it truly algorithmic, in my opinion.
At the end of the day, HBD is backed by the Hive community - who will stop at nothing to succeed in the long-run. To me, that is proof enough.
Then obviously you have all the algorithmic reasons to back it up too :)
