Must be referring to Weeks from 1 to 4 if I'm not wrong :)

I was thinking about that as well but the week 4 is filled and 4 weeks hasn't passed. Unless it's trying to start from the 2nd year of LBI.

Correct it's starting from LBI Year 2, in December, confusing right :D
