It feels weird seeing LBI so cheap on the market. I literally just sold LEO at the ask price and bought LBI at the ask price. This exchange turned 4.803 LEO into 4.905 LBI. I could of got a better price waiting but I didn't want to let go of the chance when LBI is worth less than 1 LEO.

That's a pretty good deal you got, I had a bunch of liquid Leo I was going to through into Lbi, then that dang Cubfinance launched and soaked up every token I could find in all the dexes I'm in.

I think it is because Leo has just risen and has still not gained balance at 1 Leo - 1 dollar, LBI houd be regulated as soon as Leo settles a little

Yes but I think the major reason is what @taskmaster4450 said about Cubfi burning LEO tokens. If they are, they might be pushing prices up due to the lack of liquidity and this is the reason why the prices have not corrected.
Posted Using LeoFinance Beta
Oh, that's is true, this means anybody selling he's Leo now thinking Leo is at it's higher, haven't seen anything yet because cub has just started and will keep burning.

No I was selling LEO because the ratio of LEO:LBI was less than 1. This means LBI is cheaper than a single LEO. The current rate of exchange for LBI is 1.1:1 so anything less than 1 is an obvious good deal.

Well as long as they are selling LEO for Hive , it makes sense or as jfang mentioned sell LEO for LBI ? Makes sense but anything other than that - they will regret according to me.

Well I saw on cubdefi.com that CUB was burned . I didn't see how much LEO was burned from the team though .
I can pull some numbers to see them but at the end the summary is there will be less liquid LEO and hence price soars .

Yes I forgot to add that there are some people who want bLEO so they are buying up the supply of LEO to convert. I think there is a window before it no longer feeless. Either way, there will be less LEO on HE thus prices go up.

The amount is 20% of the total taken in.
80% going to burn CUB, 20% in LEO...actually bLEO.

I bought LBI in the exact same way . Cheap LBI :) It will pay me dividends forever now .
This is why i constantly check the prices of various tokens now and then because sometimes people would have dumped too much to buy some other coin and it throws an opportunity for us to buy.

There are deals out there at times. That is what happens in this situations. People try to arbitrage, one reason to keep selling directly.
However, when a few cheap ones show up, grab them.

Yes there are way lot of them happening per day, it's good to have some good amount of liquid at every time to take advantage of situations like that,
The liquids are just going to be converting from tokens to tokens to bring short time profit, it might bring lost too

Yea I might have to keep more liquid HIVE on deck for situations like this. This way I can capitalize on cheap investment tokens.

And take advantage of time to time trading

Yea LBI at a price lower than 1 LEO is a bargain. I'll be on the lookout over the next few days to see if it stays like that to add to my LBI. Since I know it won't stay that way forever.

Makes you wonder why one would want to sell, especially at a discount.

I think it may be some people who got it for cheaper and are reselling it higher due to the high spread. They are probably thinking that they can make more by selling now and buying it back at a lower cost.
For my buy/sell, I finished within a minute and I did not wait for my order to fill. If I did, I likely would of gotten LBI at a cheaper price. The problem with doing so is that you are taking the risk of it not filling and prices turning back to normal.

Without a doubt. There is where greed can cost. If you believe in LBI long term, grab it. No point in fretting over a few cents.
The idea is to add to your holding, if things run we will see big gains that will more than offset whatever the extra cost.

It's a huge deal, people buying at the moment will have an undoubting mind of future profit
