In some ways it might as far as HIVE coin reward distribution. Of course the tokenomics of each Tribe is at the Tribe's discretion.
The changes made concerning proposal and witness vote deprecation of course will effect every level of the blockchain as far as HIVE governance and Decentralized Hive Fund (DHF) is concerned.

i dont think so but as a commenter said earlier it would better improve the tokenomics of the hive blockchain. Everything still feels familiar. T
