Just wondering, are the 2nd layer tokens you earn from liotes all staked back to the account so it grows or is only a portion of it staked back?

We are actually staking 80% of all earned tokens that we get from posts and curation rewards. 10% go into the liotes.fund and 10% to cover the admin fees.
