I still haven't bought any Riftwatcher cards but I did all the common cards at level 1 from the ongoing giveaways. It's hard to choose between CL or RW cards to improve my deck. At the same time, I spent some of my DEC buying cards to add to the rental market (buying them close to the DEC burn rate).
