The percentage of people using the internet and all the newest features will go up as the older people start aging and dying off. While it might be a bit unpleasant, I don't see anyone who was born recently rejecting the computer, cell phone and other convenient features in our lives. So the world will definitely be way more digital in the future.

That is absolutely true. The generational difference is stark. As the Boomers and other older generations give way to the Millennials and Gen Z, we are going to see even greater technological advancement.
With more than 10K Boomers retiring each day, it is likely we see this trend happen sooner than we think.
