I think Project Blank and SIP will both do wonders. The SIP will lock up HIVE and Project Blank will require more people to power up so they can do transactions on the network.
As for the HIVE and HBD correlations, how is it powerful for the upward moves? Is it because the market cap is higher so we can have a larger amount of HBD?

The power in the correlation will come when people need to create a ton more HBD. That will cause a lot of HIVE to be converted, reducing the supply. This is a simple supply/demand equation.
Hence, more use cases for HBD will cause us to realize what a stablecoin can do. After that, it is creating enough to get it out to the masses.
So we are in the chicken or the egg situation. We need a few use cases to appear to get things rolling.

The use cases are really what is lacking for now !
I don't see any need today to have some except converting your hive into HBD when Hive is high and convert it back when Hive price go lower.
Except that maybe holding some HBD in savings and on LP added few uses of it.

Actually that is a big use case when you think about it.
If HBD only ever served as a "parking spot" for speculation, when risk off is on, that would be a huge use case.
But you are right, need some more adoption.

I don't think it is very likely. Yesterday Khal made a post about his progress with Leo Mobile and they said they wanted two weeks to figure out a roadmap. The stuff with the apple store is causing a lot of issues so I think its unlikely to happen this year.
