Maybe they are relying on the ETF to help solve the negative premium and by adding more BTC, it makes it easier for them to get approved.

Well the BTC add is because people are still buying in especially institutions.
We will see how it all pans out. But I would imagine having a lot of BTC will help their ETF attempt.
