Well I am not sure if the government has a hand in this or not. Given the rolling black outs we had before, I will wait to see what happens before giving a decision on whether or not it was helpful.

Well I am not sure this will solve the rolling blackouts. This could help the local arena in CA but the CA grid needs a lot of work. There is no way they are going to be able to keep it going without a lot more power generated.
