I don't know if I should believe it until I see it in action. I think it would require some chips from overseas and I don't know if they are able to produce/import them right now.

Well you dont just call up Samsung for quantum chips. You have to make those yourself.

If only 3D printers could make those quantum chips for us lol. Then anyone can have a chip.

At this point the manufacturing is the least of their problems. They still have to design them. That is why the ones making quantum computers and the chip tend to be mostly the same companies. No standardization yet.
Kind of like 3-D printers for homes. Each company that is in the field make their own printers.
