Nice, this only applies to the Leofinance website and not the other sites such as peakd or ecency right? So it will still take time to broadcast to the entire HIVE blockchain but it will load up faster on Leofinance.

Correct. It is only on the Leo platform. For now Leofinance, others likely to follow in the future.
It has nothing to do with the blockchain, that still operates the same as always. There is a cache when this is released.
