I think it counts as the 24th because most things are reset 2 hours ago or 1 hours ago. At least @amr008 data reset 1 hour ago.

Ah yeah you are right . I actually take UTC timings because all the time saved in HiveSQL or API ( beem and HiveEngine API ) uses UTC timings.
