That sounds ok but isn't each transaction verified by like 21 witnesses? Was that included in the calculation.

That's the basis for the calculation, for a complete estimate you still need to add the energy consumption of the website backend servers, the frontends, the device you are using to submit the transactions and the Internet of course to route the transaction to the servers :D
