Bad loss. Bad defense. The offense is shitty. Lindor had a miserable game. He pretty much cost the Mets the loss today.
With that said. The Mets are the only team this early season not to lose back to back games and if they win tomorrow that will be the fifth consecutive series win.
Winning series is crucial especially with the Phillies right behind the Mets and Nats and Marlins playing pesky with some solid young players ready to make some noise.
Finally, the Braves are having a miserable 2025 so far and have a horrific 5-12 record but if anyone thinks the Braves are cooked they are mistaken. As a Mets fan I never ever never ever count out the Braves.
