Unlike last season's horrendous start where the Mets started 0-5, this season they notch their first win after losing the first game of 2025. The bullpen has been phenomenal the first two games. Starting pitching has not gotten tagged hard especially since the Astros haven't gotten an extra base hit the first two games. The offense for the Mets has been timid so far but Soto got his first home out of the way so I'll take the 1-1 start.
