Yeah. Well most fans arent the sharpest knives in the drawer. They are overly emotional.
Stearns is one of the best in the business. He knows what he is doing. He doesnt build a team but an organization. That takes some time.
Any results at the big league level is minor compared to what he is doing with in the rest of the organization.
