Management: An Aspect Of Improvement For The Leo Project

in LeoFinancelast year

Hello, everyone it's @Joetunex and @Josediccus here again, in today's session, we're continuing our series on splinterlands. In the last show we talked about Building With LeoFinance: Users & Devs Perspective where we discussed the importance of Leofinance in the hive space. It's a redefinition of the idea behind second-layer projects and why it's arguably since the inception of Hive.

In today's session, we talked about management as an important aspect of scalability. Making decisions is an important aspect of running a project and talked about how it's the biggest challenge on leofinance.

We both raised concerns about some questionable decisions towards projects that have been built on leofinance and why the outcome was questionable. We talked about how these decisions could have been avoided if the proper management structure was put in place.

We feel that delegation of functions is important. Inasmuch as the team has been nothing but brilliant, we still felt that there's that psychology business edge that's lacking in the way the flagship project is run and how the continuation of this might make it difficult to sustain the growth that's going to happen in a long period.

Great talk yet again bros, I totally agree that building consensus in making decisions as a community will take the Leo project very far. It is a community so it's better if decisions are agreed on by a majority rather than a minority. I also liked what Joe said about taking on too many projects, one at a time is usually good, polish it and make it shine before moving on to another.
Hopefully you are both having a wonderful weekend, thank you for sharing and do enjoy Sunday :}

Thanks for the comment, we appreciate it always. I think this is one trend on Leofinance. I feel that we need to focus on this aspect of management because it might deter the project from making 100% impact. Taking on too many projects would make it difficult to concentrate attention and resources. So I believe management is an aspect of Leofinance that the team needs to take really serious.

Hive thrives as a community the reaction against JS says it, I believe Leofinance has all it takes to deliver on whatever it is set to achieve, I would like if a project is completely delivered instead of having multiple ones that look like it is straining the team behind the developments.

We appreciate your frequent listening to our talk, have a wonderful Sunday as well and a great week ahead.
