Never heard of this one, however once bitten twice shy these MLM ponzi schemes will start appearing more and more with money being tight.
Honestly if she is a friend of @mrsbozz I would like a friend to warn me, being left to hang out and dry when the bottom falls out is not comfortable place to be.
