Nothing goes for nothing, there's always a motive behind the pursuit of something at times we tend to ignore that which can be costly when dealing with others career-wise, business and even relationship.

Motive is almost everything. There's a motion and that's important because we need the intent of motivation to better ourselves. I like to think that life is about enablements, the people with the best forms of enablements are the ones that are more sought after.
