I recently watched, The Social Dilemma, a documentary revealing how much of a lab rat we are to Google, Facebook, etc it is scary what we are being subjected to and how our minds toy with psychologically through technology.
It should be our goal to end that but, it seems very minority have the interest of decentralization at heart.
I didn't expect this from Consensys.

This documentary has popped into my radar again. I'll definitely make time and watch it this time. What's heart breaking is the young children currently growing while hooked on social media. Children are more susceptible and have no filtering processes in place. They'll be so out of touch with reality when they grow up.
It is a documentary that was worth my time, it revealed a lot from former top employees of Facebook, Google, Instagram, etc.
Only if half the population knows how these tech giants have been toying with us, data collection is just one of them there is a lot more exploitation we are being subjected to.
