I don't understand how some view things, it surprises me how some just fail to see the opportunities here on Hive but are prepared to slave away at a job with no results their entire lives.
What keeps me going here is am seeing results, am experiencing growth, time is no longer just time, time is now valuable to me, it has become assets.
For me it has been a blessing being here, I now have a reason to look forward to tomorrow happily compared to the years I slaved with nothing to show for.

I understand your point and agree that most persons are not looking at the big picture.
But as you've said, one difference between you and some others is the result. You're seeing results and for most newbies like me, we come in looking at the results people like you and other veterans enjoy and forget the role of time and efforts.
If people will learn to be more patient. They'll grow!

My advice will be take the results of the older members here as inspiration, that is one thing that has worked and continues to work for me, the motivating effect around is quite high.

This is vital. As long as one focuses upon his or her wallet, and the growth of it, he or she will have motivation to keep going.
Over time, these all compound. But then you already know it.
