It is becoming obvious we are advancing towards a tokenized world by the day, for the likes of us on Hive it has quickly become a norm, we blog to earn, walk to earn, play to earn and the list goes on as developments continues on the chain.
This was nonexistence decades ago, with blockchain we are seeing opportunities arise on regular basis.
Our world is rapidly advancing towards a digital world, most of our activities are now residing online making blockchain technology a suitable host for tokenization.
Having physical property represented in a digital form is revolutionary, some of us here already own digital land(s), another way of seeing how much we are ahead of the masses out there. It will be interesting to see how the lands on Splinterlands generates revenue for renting, etc when it gets fully implemented into the game.

CAR is a wealthy nation but ranks as one of the poorest nations, this is very notable across the African continent, wealthy but poorest. With resources like gold, diamond, copper, fertile land, properly tokenized to accommodate global investors it might be luring foreign interests, the outcome of that is most likely to boost the nation's economy.
We are probably witnessing a new dawn for CAR, the country have made the plunge onto embracing Bitcoin which is a bold move considering the stance of the world's bigger nations, the process to utilizing crypto/blockchain is the crucial part.
Hopefully we are witness a revolutionary move by CAR that will transform the country for the better, giving its people better life and opportunities.

This is quite a bold move from the CAR's president. Tokenizing natural resources... I believe this will enlighten more people in the sense that the blockchain aint for crypto along, its one thing for transparency and decentralization.

Its a dangerous thing to not read those terms and conditions - I am not saying thats what I do though. In there, lies many loopholes enough to pounce on the innocent (other) party..
These loopholes exist in contract agreements too. This is why lawyers take time to scrupUlously read and digest it before taking further actions.
This is true, we really should cultivate the habit of reading the T&Cs before signing any documents but you know it is easier said than done lol

I think anyone who wants the good of their country and people should join the crypto market. They don't necessarily need to invest or buy crypto. The important thing is to achieve economic independence. I think cryptos are an opportunity for many countries.

It all has to do with property rights.
This is a major step for the developing world. Natural resources really dont impact the average person per se but having real estate, as an example, tokenized and recorded on blockchain does.

Yes, the hive can change the lives of so many people, lead them to financial independence. But, you need to take into account the fact that someone needs to work. lol. imagine that all the inhabitants of the country hang on their smartphones and do not do their usual work. This can lead to the collapse of the economy, the collapse of production and agriculture. everything should be in moderation, balanced.

So we do have farmers that wants nothing to do with sitting on their smartphones chilling, they rather want to be hunting, harvesting out there, just like the sports men and women, etc.
