My guess is that the oversupply of cheap CHAOS packs on the secondary market is causing Riftwatchers pack sales to be very slow. Pricewise 3.31 CHAOS packs is equivalent to 1 Riftwatcher pack.

Oversupply seems to be a constant with #splinterlands.
This is something that many objected to.
Yeah, people are salty. Card prices are down a lot from their ATH.
