My Debut as a Twitter Spaces Host: Exploring Web3 and Hive Blockchain Potential

in LeoFinance27 days ago

For a couple of days, my friends, loved ones and family members got interested in what I'm into; but questions were rising from here and there - what is hive? What is web3? What is blockchain? Who are the ones that benefit from web3? Etc

These questions became a concern to me, and I knew many people across the world could have similar challenges; I decided to embark on a new strategy of contributing to society and the world at large by explaining what web3 means and some opportunities it can offer. I got this done by hosting a spaceshow on Twitter X that will include both the people I know and those in need of this knowledge. Going further, I didn't limit it to web3, I was able to introduce hive Blockchain in the spaceshow.

However, it happened to be my first hosting of a spaceshow; the experience was an exciting one and made me delve into the world of Web3 technology and explore the potential of the Hive Blockchain project. With over 20 Twitter Spaces users in attendance, I had the opportunity to moderate an enthusiastic discussion titled "Demystifying Web3: What it means for an average person," I was able to provide some insights into the evolving world of decentralized technologies.

Aside from my family and friends who inspired me to do this show, understanding what Web3 explicitly means can be challenging for many. That's why I decided to dedicate my Spaces show to unraveling the complexity of this emerging innovation.
As we know, the concept of Web3 has been well-known in recent years, promising a decentralized internet where users have more control over their data and digital identities. Therefore, many people across the globe must get to know about this great evolution.

I was fortunate to host two knowledgeable speakers (non-hivers) who shared their expertise on Web3, shedding light on its principles, including blockchain technology, decentralized finance (DeFi), non-fungible tokens (NFTs), and everything that concerns the space. During the session, we explained through the technical jargon of web3 such as - what is airdrop? What is zealy? Meaning of Bitcoin halving? Etc and we discussed the real-world implications of Web3 for industries such as finance, gaming, art, and social media.

One highlight of the show was when I shared a tip about the Hive Blockchain project. As an innovative blockchain platform that focuses on decentralization and community-driven governance, Hive has accumulated attention for its unique features and potential applications. While the discussion initially revolved around the concept of Web3, I made sure I shared a tip about Hive and its capabilities.

The engagement from the audience was both encouraging and insightful. After the session, I had an additional follower 3 because of the show - indicating positive growth in my Twitter X account. More so, participants asked some questions, shared their perspectives, and contributed to several ideas. It was inspiring to see such enthusiasm; we are envisioning a more equitable and transparent digital future.

When the Twitter Spaces show ended, I was filled with a sense of accomplishment and optimism. Many participants testified how worthwhile the spaceshow was; from the feedback, many participants long to know more about #hive. For me, I learned a lot from the speakers and I got to understand that knowledge can be gained from other people. With each conversation in the coming weeks and months, I hope to uncover new insights, forge valuable connections, and realize the potential for transformative change in the decentralized world.

Furthermore, in the coming weeks and months, I plan to delve deeper into the Hive Blockchain project and its potential applications across various industries. By narrowing my focus and leveraging the knowledge gained from hosting my first Spaces show, I aim to provide more in-depth insights and actionable strategies for those looking to explore the exciting yet complex world of decentralized technologies.

In conclusion, as I continue on this journey, I am excited about the possibilities that lie ahead and look forward to the profiting results that may emerge from my ongoing exploration of decentralized technologies.
