I think it might be because those applications don't have all the features peakd.com, ecency.com etc have.

Bittrex is no longer a US client
People follow the biggest crowd. Twitter Discord Facebook etc are the biggest crowd. If anything ever becomes a bigger crowd, the scales will switch fast. They don't care what it is. They only care if it is the most used and popular. They don't even have a care which is better or worse tech.
My solution to hive on mobile is remote desktop. XD
I'm sorry, phones are fun for 'on the road' stuff, but if I am home... phone goes on the charger and I go to my desktop and a 55" screen experience. Phones are only for "when I can't get to my desktop."
Nice show. I think the idea of an HBD/BTC pool would be a great idea. That would work well if there is enough liquidity for people to get in and out of the system.
