Tomorrow I celebrate a little milestone on the blockchain....
I joined it on December 7th, 2017!
That means 8 years on chain for this guy!!!
What a journey it's been and I have no intention of slowing down yet. And hopefully you have been following my journey along the way, because you will know what's coming if you have been....
Ch-ch-changes!
One thing is for certain on this journey of mine, I have switched my focus almost monthly. Overall, I'll always wanted to build two tokens the most:
$HIVE and $LEO
And that has still been the goal over the years. But every now and again I have the attention span of a goldfish and jump into the next shiny object! Again, nothing rare because the first year I joined this blockchain, I started spending 100 bucks a month on 4 different tokens to see which one would strike it rich for me.
If I would have stuck with the BNB token...Oh man, I'd be set lol But alas, Jongo makes pretty awful decisions when it comes to which tokens to invest in long term lol But I'm still here and still looking to grow because both $HIVE and $LEO fit me like a glove.
Let me explain and why I've decided to call this #myweb3goals going forward....
Some truths:
- I'm an awful investor
- I have zero financial knowledge
- But I like to blog and write
- I enjoy communities
- I REALLY enjoy talking about my faith
Guess what?
This blockchain and platform are perfect for those reasons alone!
Now will Hive and LEO moon shot over the next few years? I dunno lol Honestly, everything I thought I knew about what makes a token 'moon' has gone out the window more times than I can count. But what does remain is that I can build here, enjoy the communities, talk about my passions....And get rewarded for it.
If it goes up, great. If not, oh well!
So there you go......
My goals will be.....Growing $HIVE and growing $LEO
Not sure the 'numbers' I will set for myself yet, because I'm pretty much back at square one with my Hive Power. I did power up for the first time in 2025 on December 1st, so I'll be growing that a lot I think going forward. But more importantly, I'll be 'growing' my commitment to writing about my faith. Much more of that type of content than Jongo talking about crypto currencies that I barely understand lol
So the new goals are still being banged out but I'm very comfortable and happy with my focus on building and working on what I know. Then let everything else fall where it may...

I think those are some decent goals. Just keep growing, and we will see how things go. After all, consistency is the key to success.

I have had no time to do anything lately other than work the IRL job and spend a few moments with my family. Finally crashed tonight and am tring to catch up a bit.
I've actually had some down time this past week cause I was laid out with the flu lol Only time I get rest lol

Well we do share a lot.
The problem with setting goals is to set them at a good level. Setting them to high will create a situation in which you will be never able to jump over the bar. But when set the bar too low you will just step over it!
I will always follow you, because reading through your contents open up my eyes the more and builds me up too!.
