Here's a verse that really hits home for me...And speaking from personal experience, the bible truly does change lives. It convicts you and makes you see the errors in your ways.

You start to give up 'self' and live for God. Which is perfectly explained in Hebrews 4:12

Sort:

This right here is one of my favorites. As a matter of fact, i have a personal relationship with Heb 4:12. It reminds me that the Word is alive and has characteristics; It's quick, powerful, sharp. It has the ability to travel into man's soul, spirit, body and cause transformation

Amen to that!!

Isaiah 55:11 also comes to mind, talking about the living Word of God
Isaiah 55:11
"So shall my word be that goeth forth out of my mouth: it shall not return unto me void, but it shall accomplish that which I please, and it shall prosper in the thing whereto I sent it."

When God sends forth His word, the word has one assignment and that is to do that which it was sent to do. And then it say "it shall prosper in the thing whereto o sent it". The word cannot fail!

That one is brilliant!

There is always a benefit to someone, when God's word is spoken and preached!

💯
I've had personal experiences with God's word that right now, there's no doubt in my heart whatsoever.
Having being born with sickle cell disease and having many near-death experiences, it's my confession of God's word that has kept me this far- that Jesus died young so that I can live long.
Today, I'm 33 and getting stronger by the day ( I hope this is not too much information. Just my testimony) 😄

Nah nah, I appreciate the testimony. We need more of those here!!

What an amazing testimony! I pray for permanent healing upon you. His miracles are endless and he is still and will continue to do so till the end.
