That isn't going to attract any kind of numbers. If we want adoption we need to be the place where the world wants to hang out.
3 second transactions, zero fees, censorship resistant are features. Not the major reasons people will make this their digital home.

Nah, to be brutally honest, I haven't paid much attention to anything HW does. I stay in my little bubble and avoid the drama lol

Correct. I have been studying the Nostr community. They have grants, funds, hackathons, artists and lightning network.. they are going grassroot level to bring new users to use their apps.
I agree 500%. I don't care about censorship resistant. I use FB, Insta and Tiktok. Do you think I worry about that? We need a great product that will eventually help us achieve things without us knowing.

I don't care about decentralization to be honest. If my product that is usable and sleek take care of decentralization then that is more than what I bargain for.
Problem might be that this is what attracted THEM to Hive from the start. That doesnt equate to that it attracts the masses.
There is a lot of project out there that has gained adoption, and they are kinda the answer. Even though all people might not like the answer...
I'd say it's major selling point is that you can earn right away in comparison to other platforms
