I've been waiting for help with my LTC issues, took it to Discord, made threads about it here....Didn't hear a word.
Finally I responded to the leodex X/Twitter account looking for a solution, and someone got upset at me...DM'd me and told me to use the channels I had been using for weeks with no reply lol
Me thinks they are overwhelmed with support issues and things are just being overlooked from the community. Hope it gets sorted for you sir.
