If DECs and VOUCHERS will have a higher value than today when the presale starts the price per pack could be as high as $4.
Already today the cost per pack is $3.66.
I still have to consider whether to participate in the presale or not but if the cost per pack is 4$ I will probably sell some of my vouchers and enter the general sale ;)
