There are things I hardly attach sentiments to, this is because life in its natural state is cyclical. For example, happiness and sadness are emotional states that are driven by good or bad occurrences.

Life sometimes brings you the good occurrences before the bad ones or vice versa, there's no rule or order of arrangements in which they're stipulated to happen.

We're the sentimental ones, the universe is a bigger, more complex, and inexplicable; an entity that will still exist after countless humans have come and exited.

Does this tingle your mind a little?

It's normal for humans to question the unfairness of life, and this is because of our sentimental state of mind.

Sometimes, we're totally responsible for the good or bad things that happen to us, sometimes we're just actors in the unequivocality of life's series of events. For example, some people make simple mistakes, and these mistakes create multiple ripple effects, thereby affecting the most important aspect of their lives.

They set the problem in motion, but it created far bigger consequences than they can ever imagine. On the other side, there are people who are fortunate to take a course of action or make a singular decision and it completely creates a positive outlook that changes their lives forever.

In life everyone is bound to encounter some negative and positive outcome

.....however, there are actions, level of preparedness, readiness, or intentionality that either increase our chances or reduces them from encountering positive or negative outcomes.

Understanding that we cannot completely experience good outcomes is accepting life's supremacy. No matter how powerful we become, we can only control what we know, perceive, or predict, the only thing we can do is hope and work towards increasing our chances of positive outcomes and reducing negative outcomes.

A lot of people think that making and sustaining wealth is the only difficult thing in life.

This is totally false

How about being able to control and own all the wealth, but cannot control your health enough from having obesity, diabetes, or renal failure?

There are people who are at the pinnacle of wealth, wisdom, and power, yet a little illness killed them. However, as humans, we always have the illusion that we're in control or charge of our lives.

Meanwhile, the aspects we control are not even enough to determine the things that happen to us. When we reduce the probability of sentimentality, this is when our eyes will open to countless fearful possibilities that we can never even fathom.

Control Is A State Of Mind That Fosters Stability

Time is why life feels unfair, it isn't. It's how and what it is.

....the truth is, the reason why we miss out on some of life's harshest realities is not because we're prepared enough, we were just lucky enough.

Sometimes, we tend to be stereotypical or one-sided about what luck is. It's not just being prepared for good fortunes. Luck is also being subconsciously fortunate, for things we completely know nothing about.

Some people didn't attend functions where they could have met the people who could have activated or built their dreams, as a result of this, they missed the "one opportunity" that could have elevated them.

Life Can Change Or Remain The Way It Is, It's not "Paramount" Or "Hulu"

Now missing this opportunity doesn't mean they're irresponsible or they'll die poor. When they work harder, they might just about become lucky in other spheres of life but missed out on that one sector that could have been life-changing.

The reason why we say reality can be saddening is because we're consciously wired as sophisticated beings to create endless possibilities of how life should function.

unfortunately, we're only mortals with powerful imaginations, and a large proprioception of our imagination cannot be birthed, because we're not bigger than our abilities.

The Luck We Enjoy Sometimes Is mostly Divine

..... inexplicable or perhaps___undeserved?

People are in charge of some percentage of their lives, sometimes we just about do enough to keep ourselves alive, build the wealth we want, establish the legacy or businesses we want, and marry the people we desire.

There are fractions of people who will accomplish everything they want, and this has nothing to do with the midnight candles they burned.

There are people who will do everything right, yet, they'll marry the wrong person, fail in their business attempts, go bankrupt, end up in debt, and finish their lives as failures and drunks despite starting out as bright prospects.

This is why we say reality is harsh.

We have less control over our lives more than we can imagine, most people are existing on the fabrics of divine luck. Only one little dent and everything comes crashing down. At the end of the day, our efforts, power, and Intentionality will not even contribute to our failures or successes.

Some great points. I do know people who do think and try to control all factors as much as possible and they do seem to have better outcomes, at least from that is the view from the outside.

There are lots of things we still cannot control no matter how hard we try, however, we keep trying anyways. However, we eventually increase our chances of better outcome when we make more effort to determining where our lives would turn out.

Your points are on fire, Jose.

The earlier we know we ain't in control the earlier we start seeing changes. Right from my childhood I faced alot which I really can't finish saying If I want to, but my point is that we do have these people who do think what they have done is what has attain a particular result. Yes, I might say the sacrifices as also contributed but there's more to luck in that area.

Time is powerful

Like you have rightly said

At my early 20's I have made some crazy sacrifices that's supposed to bring out a powerful positive result but it nothing happen........ But I tried this same thing again after some years expecting a negative result again and it came out positive. From that moment I knew how powerful time is

Thanks Jose. Your content is very insightful

At my early 20's I have made some crazy sacrifices that's supposed to bring out a powerful positive result but it nothing happen......

That's how it happens. When you made those sacrifices you might have thought you were in control because you've done everything correctly, but sometimes, we're not as tightly in charge as we think and this might make us dissapointed in ourselves. But after so many years, it worked out, even when you thought it wouldn't

Time is indeed powerful..

It can be a double-edged sword. Sometimes, we can be divinely lucky and this isn't to downplay the efforts we put in to making it work, sometimes, the efforts we put in are all elements in the bigger picture.

Thanks Jose. Your content is very insightful

You're welcome.

yeah,you're right.

Reality is tough and sometimes things just don't go as planned. I agree that it's all our responsibilities but sometimes I just wish I had the luck there. I wish there was more control over those factors but I guess being consistent is the only thing people can do to make that chance higher.

Yeah, we have higher chances when we're more dogged or how much we can control, but we can only do so much. A lot of us wish we had luck made no sense, but at the end of the day, it's totally not dependent on us, whether we're good or bad people.

I love the divine in the luck... Perhaps we can have as much preparations for negative outcomes like sicknesses and failures as we have expectations of things turning out positively

Sometimes, I feel like luck" can be divine, especially if it's not logical or follows the principle of normalcy. We can mostly prepare for what we can prepare for, irrespective of how it seems we have things under control. We can only do things humanly possible and cannot exceed these parameters.

Well, some things are just beyond our influence, perhaps fate

You know there are some people who are very lucky to have their things go as planned and there are some who work extremely hard for what they want before they get it...
I don't even know how to describe life. Life is complex

It's definitely, sophistication and mostly inexplicable

I think pondering on this aspect of the universe being infinitely complex and we have less control that we thought is a humbling experience. Sometimes, we expend too much energy trying to control everything we come across and this one way or another often backfires on us. Reality can be harsh whether we are deserving of it or not. Likewise, it could be great to us whether we're deserving of it or not.

Exactly, reality can choose to turn out any way. However we mostly think it's harsh when it doesn't follow sentiments or the principles of human logic. However, I feel good or bad things can deservedly or undeservedly happen to us and vice versa.

Do you actually believe in luck determining the outcome of life whether positive or negative

Luck is a huge factor in life, I tend to believe we have lesser control over life and the universe than we think we actually have.

Clinging is the biggest killer. He who does not cling wins.

Do not try and bend the spoon, that’s impossible. Instead, only try to realize the truth… there is no spoon. Then you’ll see that it is not the spoon that bends, it is only yourself.

This is a great write-up, time and chance happen to anyone, we can't control everything that happens in our lives. How sad!

A lot of people think that making and sustaining wealth is the only difficult thing in life.

Wealth is important, no doubt, but there’s a lot more to life. It seems though that it is people who have been given everything but wealth who idolize it. Because to them, it’s the only thing they don’t have or can’t seem to get. The fact that they’ve been blessed with disease-free lives, great families, and supporting friends make them see all those as easy to get.

Luck is also being subconsciously fortunate, for things we completely know nothing about.

Exactly. I know that we always say “luck is when preparedness meet opportunity”, but sometimes, luck doesn’t need preparedness. Luck is just luck some times.

There are both good and bad times in life, and a person should always be prepared for both times, and in bad times, a person has to be patient. But it definitely comes.
