If you still have units on that other chain, you can request them to transfer here by sending on 0.003 STEEM transaction to @steembasicincome with "Transfer Refund Request" in the memo (transaction needs to be sent on that other chain, not this one!).
But... those morons that run that other chain made some really stupid rate limit decision for their API nodes, and we have to make a bunch of revisions to correctly process transfers again. I've got a guy working on it (I think we're almost done, and the current bottleneck is on me, not him) but I don't know how soon Transfer Refund Requests will actually be processed.

Units are transferable between accounts, with a minimum of 10 units, by sending an 0.001 transaction request to @steembasicincome, with your instructions in the transaction memo. e.g.
please transfer all units and pending balance to @thisismylife. The request will need to be sent from the account that currently has the units.These are processed manually, so please let us know here or in our Discord so that we can look for it.
