The ethereum exchange reserve has plummet really badly for the first time in two years according to cryptoquant this has seen the nubers plummet from june last year - july 2021 because of the increase in the price of ethereum, the price of ethereum goes up that will affect the exchange reserve in a bad way because it goes down.

The exchange reserve is the available amount of ethereum in the supply for selling, altcoin purchasing and marging trading on exchanges but now there are less of this available in exchanges

Interestingly it takes only 32 ethereum to run your own nodes and to be a validator and because of this more and more investors are taking the options to staking them selves, this method is meant to be safer since you have access to your private key while in the process of staking but as long as you know what you are doing and of course you are doing it correctly.

This has coursed users to start taking their etheruem out of exchanges and putting it into their own private wallet, as long as they have enough ethereum they can set up their own nodes and can stake their coins on their own terms.

A crazy amount of ethereum has now been staked in eth 2.0 and the number of validators has now suppassed 179,000 and counting.
